Problem
Nonprofit teams lose weeks to circular meetings. Donors, volunteers and staff all have input, the loudest voices win the room, and the plan that comes out isn't one anyone helped shape. Leaders needed a way to hear everyone and still leave with decisions.

Approach
- Built a four-phase session: gather, synthesize, align, act.
- Let people contribute anonymously when a topic is sensitive, so the input reflects what the team actually thinks.
- Used AI to group every contribution by theme and surface where the team agrees and where it doesn't, instead of summarizing the disagreement away.
- Added real-time voting on priorities, then turned the result into action items with owners and deadlines.

Outcome
- A live product at ideabloom.io that replaces weeks of meetings with one facilitated session.
- Every participant's input is counted, including the quiet ones.
- We run our own company on it.
