These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://redleg.dev (the "Site") operated by Red Leg Dev, LLC("we," "us," or "our"). Paid consulting, development, or fractional CTO engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work; if those conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Site content

Site content is for general information about our services. It is not a binding offer, legal advice, or a guarantee of outcomes. Descriptions of timelines, pricing ranges, and case examples are illustrative unless confirmed in a signed proposal.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, copy, and materials are owned by Red Leg Dev, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site for commercial use without prior written permission. Client work product ownership is defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, or reverse engineer the Site
  • Submit spam, malware, or knowingly false information through forms

5. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party sites (scheduling, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Red Leg Dev, LLC AND Matthew Wagner SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Leg Dev, LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes relating to the Site shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
